Office Coordinator

Housing Action Management Limited are recruiting for an experienced office coordinator due to our business rapidly expanding. This is a very exciting time for our business, and we are looking for a like minded professional to join us. We are a property management company with years of knowledge and experience between us and a friendly group of team players.


Monday-Friday 8.45am-5pm with lunch provided daily.

20 Days holiday plus all bank holidays.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A good speaking voice, with the ability to communicate clearly

  • Presentable appearance

  • Confident in answering phone calls

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent organisation

  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word & Outlook)

  • Problem solving experience

  • Preferred experience in the housing sector would be ideal

  • 1-2+ years in a similar role

Job Type:

Full-time, Contract after passing a probationary period

Your Role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Answering telephone calls

  • Liaising with tenants and landlords

  • Co-ordinating the workings of the office

  • File management

  • General office organisation

  • Compliance officer

  • Ad-hoc project work


Dependent on experience: TBD


  • On-site parking

  • Lunch provided daily

  • Smart casual dress code

  • Weekly fuel allowance


  • Monday to Friday

  • No Weekends



  • Administration: 1 year (Required)


  • GCSE or equivalent (Required)


  • Colchester, Essex (Preferred)
